THE BACKGROUND

GoMakto is a totally conventional travel agency situated in the UAE with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Gomakto is located in Dubai, and they mainly focus on brand awareness and engagements with customers. So they use social media platforms for more engagement.

THE CHALLENGE

Gomakto Travels had an active presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram, but they were struggling to increase their followers, reach, and engagement. Despite regularly posting high-quality content, the agency's social media metrics remained stagnant, and they were not seeing any significant growth in their online community.

RESULT:

On January 21, we published a special anniversary giveaway reel. After the giveaway, 302 additional individuals followed the Instagram account.

These are the enhanced outcomes we obtained as a result of the successful organic social media campaigns

  • From December onwards there is a 21.4% that is 302 more followers increased compared to previous months

  • Accounts engaged increased to 2.429%
