THE BACKGROUND
Learners Hub is an educational company located in UAE, with a vision to provide Students and working professionals to get their degrees, master’s degrees, and other certifications through distance learning, through cooperation with universities in the UK, India, and Malaysia. Learners Hub assists students and working professionals in attaining their educational objectives.
THE CHALLENGE
Our client came to us with the objective of driving qualified leads for their degree, master’s, and other programs. Therefore, producing a set of qualified leads by running a lead generation campaign for a month. However, we faced a significant challenge: the cost per lead was higher than expected. The target we set for ourselves was to halve the cost per lead and, despite our attempts, this was still an issue.
STORY BEHIND
Reducing the cost per lead by 50% in the second month seemed nearly impossible. Having approached this our team came up with and realized that nearly all the leads from the previous one month had Keralite names.It was planned to develop a Malayalam-language banner exclusively dedicated to the people from Kerala living in UAE.After studying the experience of other similar businesses in Kerala, we designed creative banners with information about all the courses available in Learners Hub. This innovative approach was aimed at increasing target audience interest and decreasing lead costs.

Our lead generation campaign achieved great results.
The campaign began on May 15, 2024, and has been ongoing since then.
Our ad visibility grew by 125%, reflecting a significant boost in impressions.
We generated 120 more leads compared to the previous month while reducing our budget by 50%.
In the end, our cost per lead dropped by 800%, much more than our 50% target.
RESULT:
Conclusion
Overall,the campaign implemented for Learners Hub effectively also solved the problem of high lead costs. As a result of using the Malayalam language banner targeting Keralites in UAE specifically, we have increased ad visibility by 125%, got 120 additional leads with a 50% lower budget than before, and most importantly the cost per lead has significantly reduced by 800% which was beyond our target of 50%. Moreover, this shift in methodology not only achieved but also overachieved the goals and contributed to the efficacy of correct marketing techniques.
